The Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT)

was opened for signature in 1996, is intended to prohibit all nuclear
weapon test explosions.

India,Pakistan&North Korea-Not signed the Treaty.
China,Egypt,Indonesia,Iran,Israel&the United States have signed but
not ratified the Treaty.
